Questions people ask us
- Are your prices drive-away?
- The prices on the site are plus government charges, so rego, stamp duty and transfer get added when you buy. So ask us and we'll give you the exact drive-away figure for any car.
- Are the cars inspected?
- Yes. Every car's mechanically inspected, road tested and fully detailed before it's listed.
- Can I put a deposit on a car?
- Yes. Call us and we'll hold it for you with a deposit. But it isn't reserved until the deposit's in.
- What do I need to bring when I buy?
- Your current driver's licence and proof of address. And if you're trading in, bring the rego papers, the service books and every key.
- Can I take a car for a test drive?
- Of course. Hit Book a test drive on any car, or just call. You'll need a current full or probationary Australian licence, or an international licence with a translation. But learners can't test drive, sorry.
- Do you take trade-ins?
- Yes. Send us the details and a few photos and we'll make an offer, subject to a quick inspection. And we'll buy your car even if you're not buying one from us.
- Do you do finance?
- We can put you in touch with finance options. So give us a call and we'll talk it through.
- What warranty do I get?
- Every car gets 30 days free. Cars under 10 years old with less than 160,000 km also carry statutory warranty under Victorian law. And you can add Endurance cover for up to 5 years.
